Sleek low flow toilet that flushes great and uses a minimal amount of water. I highly recommend it, just make sure to attached the water connection to the toilet before moving it onto the flange. 

Love the toilet. Especially love the height and the ease on the back when sitting. It is sleek and pristine. Also very quiet and conserves water. The one flush button is easy for people to understand instead of the full and half flush on my Toto toilets. Just love it! 

Great flush, good looks, very happy with it 

The Phantom toilet is quiet, efficient, and great at moving material down the drain. I've used it for a month now, with four people using it, and haven't had a clog yet. The tank refills quickly given it's extremely-low gallons-per-flush of 0.8. The skirted design makes the toilet super easy to clean. The skirt did make the toilet a little more challenging to install. I'd 100% recommend this toilet! I'll be buying more in the future to replace other toilets. 

Uses little water, but works so well! Quiet and fills quickly. 

The good: works great, much better than our old 1.28 gpf despite using less water The bad: once you add a seat, it's a bit tall, and our lid has a tiny spot on top that's missing glaze. 

good toilet but flush not strong enough 

This arrived to the store for pickup. Arrived cracked/ broken due to improper packaging. Reordered and arrived cracked/ broken due to the same improper packaging the 2nd time. Cancelled the purchase with Home Depot. 

Ordered this not once, but twice, to be shipped to home for a bathroom remodel, because it was not available in stores. The product arrived with the bowel cracked both times, and no protection for the toilet in the shipping box 

Nice design, sleek, easy to clean the out side. BUT The seat and tank MUST be fully assembled before the base is mounted to the floor. Toilet must be removed before you can reach the bolts for the seat from the back of the base just to change the seat.. I had to help the plumber by reaching in the back of the base to tighten the seat bolts because his hand were too big. This unit is NOT to be mounted in a tight spot but much better is an area with plenty of free space around the toilet. Should have purchased the other model where you can reach the bolts and water connection.
