5 gallon luggable loo works well

This luggable loo is very sturdy, and this is our second one now and the only reason we had to buy this one is because the first one was stolen from our trailer after 6 years of us owning it was still like brand new. The bags are a bit pricey but the work well. The seat snaps on to the bucket very well and comes off easily when cleaning. This MUST be used with BAGS!!!

Super convenient

This product is perfect for my elderly mother who has limited mobility. She can use it in her room. It's sturdy and secured; super easy to use and clean as I use the disposable garbage bags, no mess at all. My mom likes it very much now that she doesn't have to walk across the hall to use the washroom.

As a seasoned prepper with over 15 years of experience in this field, I've learned a hard truth - preparing for the unexpected isn't just about stockpiling food, water, and survival gear. It's also about considering those everyday essentials that tend to be overlooked, like sanitation. Trust me when I say this, the Reliance Products Luggable Loo Portable 5 Gallon Toilet isn't just a purchase, it's an investment in convenience and hygiene when the usual comforts are stripped away. From the first day, the Luggable Loo has exceeded my expectations. The packaging was sturdy and it arrived in perfect condition. The setup was straightforward with no unnecessary bells and whistles. The simplicity of its design is its true strength - a seat, a lid, and a 5-gallon bucket. No complicated mechanics to worry about breaking down when you need it the most. Comfort is a major consideration with a product like this, and the Luggable Loo has it in spades. The seat is wide and stable, accommodating various sizes comfortably. The lid snaps securely on the bucket, eliminating any worries about spills or accidents, even in the most challenging terrains or situations. Despite its rugged durability, the Luggable Loo is surprisingly lightweight. It's easy to move around your campsite or shelter, and it's also compact enough for convenient storage. I've hauled it on various bug-out simulations, and its presence has never been a burden. An unsung hero of the Luggable Loo is its capability to use standard waste basket trash bags, making waste disposal a breeze. This takes the messiness and guesswork out of maintaining sanitary conditions in a survival situation. Lastly, one thing that's worth mentioning is the peace of mind this product provides. It's one less thing to worry about in a crisis situation. When you're out in the wild or hunkered down in a shelter, having a solution to basic human needs that is clean, easy, and convenient is simply priceless. In conclusion, the Reliance Products Luggable Loo Portable 5 Gallon Toilet is a no-brainer for anyone serious about prepping. It's robust, portable, comfortable, and, above all, designed with practicality in mind. A truly reliable companion for when times get tough, and an item I'll gladly vouch for.

Not As Advertised

Received product and was advertised with a heavy duty rope handle, came with a light duty metal handle. Also was advertised with a back/bottom handle but came as a normal 5 gallon pail with no secondary handle. Toilet seat top is very fragile and cannot see it lasting very long. reached out to customer service and had zero response. Very disappointed with my 80 dollar 5 gallon bucket.

Good solid product

Recently purchased this luggable loo. Item was delivered ahead of it's already fast delivery date. Very happy with the durability and ease of use. I use a compostable bag and kitty litter and have no smell come from this at all. Good, tight, locked seal. Definitely recommend! I added regular house hold toilet paper dispenser on side for extra ease of use.

Love my Luggable Loo!

I absolutely love my Luggable Loo! I had done a lot of research online about the best portable toilet for camping and this was usually in the top 3 of many lists. Im not a small person and I found it to be very sturdy! The lid clicks shut, which is nice, because it kept the any smells from escaping. I would empty the garbage bags 2 times a day and that seemed to work well. The lid is not sturdy enough to lean back against it but I was completely fine with that. I would definitely recommend this product!

Better than expected

We purchased this product so we can stay over night in our trailer during the winter months. It was Heavily constructed and easy to use. I read in one review to place pail in a plastic milk create to improve stability. We did and it did. Using the disposable bags recommended worked great and we also used kitty litter with Febreeze to sprinkle on top after use which reduced odours tremendously. My wife who was skeptical found it easy to use and had no issues. We would highly recommend this product.

Game changer for dry camping

Got this for use in my RV now that is is winterized and for when we dry camp. Easy to use. The bags that go with this were not available at time I placed order, so I ended up ordering the camco ones which worked just fine. Seat seems solid and fits securely. Its a bucket with a lid...does what I this supposed and is far better than a trip outside in the middle of the night, rain, cold and even snow. A game changer for camping for me. Especially when I need to be diligent about my tanks filling up while boondocking.

Buy This Loo Today!!!

I am a fisher woman, who just purchased my first boat this year. I looked at the larger boats that had potties on board and plumbed. Upon doing a lot of research, I realized that numerous boaters had a smell issue with their potties and folks found them more trouble than anything. Well, I primarily fish at night and did not want to beach somewhere in the woods and risk fighting numerous bugs or slithering things that would likely be in the vicinity of my butt and lady parts. I am a Disabled Vet with knee issues; so hanging my tail and such over the edge of my boat was a no-go as well. I remembered reading reading about a guy who purchased his wife a large poncho so she could go on shore and take care of "business." Well as I said above, shoring at night was not an option for me. Long story short...I purchased 3 large ponchos for me and my family along with a Luggable Loo (bucket with a toilet seat). These ponchos I purchased were very large, long and roomy. I just put my arms on the inside; opened the top to my Loo, making sure my poncho was on the outside of the toilet seat top; I sit down and comfortably do whatever I need to do. I have sit on the smaller, lower porta-potties and they hurt my knees a lot and are awkward to get up from, especially on a boat. However, this setup is fantastic. I have some clumping kitty litter in the bucket and pretty much just smell the litter scent. Just get a small, but durable litter scooper and keep some plastic bags with you. Scoop out the "debris," put it in a bag and dispose of it in an appropriate place...not the woods or in the water. Tidbit...it is best to keep something plastic over the Loo to keep moisture from getting in. We originally did not and caught a wretched mess cleaning the super gooey-clumped litter out of the Loo. It is also best to clean it after each use to be on the safe side. You could also use the bio-enzyme liquid stuff; however, I found that to be very nasty and the liquid would cause a serious mess if the bucket is accidentally knocked over. Because my poncho is so big, I am also able to do hit the Loo around other boaters who have not idea what I am doing, unless they are watching me like a hawk. It simply looks like I am sitting down with a poncho on. There is plenty of room for wiping and situating clothing before I take off the poncho. I was recently in Tennessee fishing and bought one of these for me to use, primarily for shore bathroom use...daytime of course. I think hunters, boaters, fishermen, campers and other outdoorsmen or women will find these to be comfortable and very functional. I am an over 200lb chic (big-boned, but still as cute as a button) and the Luggable Loo holds my weight just fine. I feel totally secure and have not had problems at all using it!!! While there may be cheaper solutions out there, this Loo fits my needs absolutely fine and seems durable enough to last a very long time in all sorts of conditions. I highly recommend these Loos for not just women but for men, kids, the elderly and on land or sea!!!

Good value.

I like that it's comfortable and pretty sturdy, other than the lid itself, but that's ok. I don't like that it doesn't have a magazine holder attached. Suoer handy product.
