Works surprisingly well
Bought this unit a couple years ago for a cabin in north Idaho. Has seen both occasional winter use, and constant summer use. As long as you follow the instructions to crank the tank once a week when in use and put some bulking material in as indicated, it works great. Saved a ton of money over putting in a full blown septic system. The blower and piping keep the bugs doing their job and the smell away from living spaces. My only complaint is that the toilet itself is a bit flimsy. The plastic base flexes a lot when you sit on it, especially for large 200lb+ males. If they improved the toilet quality, it would be perfect.
