I bought 3 09SA's and could not be happier! Plumber said installation was easier than a normal toilet. Has all the features of mid-tier TOTO at a much better price! I bought two of these toilets and they are the best investment ever. Everything about the design is so well thought out, I like that the shape is comfortable and the swirl of the flush cleans/empties the bowl fully without leaving any debris. One of the toilets has trouble opening all the way up; the technician was very kind and was able to walk me through the troubleshooting steps over the phone 

This is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. They stand behind their product. I bought my 3 toilets directly from them and I could not have gotten better service and support. One of the toilets was broken and they sent a replacement immediately before I sent mine back. I love the product and it has been very reliable once you get a hang of it's operation. 

I am going to start this by saying, BUY THIS! Yeah, it was expensive, but you are worth it! Most women want a Louis Vuitton purse, I wanted a VOVO Toilet, and trust me, its a great investment. Infact, when I move, I am going to take this toilet with me to my next house. Not only is this a great looking toilet, but it gets you cleaner than you have ever felt before. I am a clean freak. 

I have been very pleased with the functions (still getting use to it) It works well and better as you get use to it and learn how to use it. It comes with a booklet that teaches you. I had a minor problem with a broken air dryer flapper cover. Called customer service who sent out a new one immediately. When I got the part we had a video call where they showed me hoe easy it was to snap the part in place. Really nice people. 

I did a lot of research for this item during my bathroom renovation. Very happy with this purchase. Seriously considering buying a second Vovo for the downstairs bathroom. 

I bought this product, and I am completely glad that I did. I switched from a regular toilet to this one and it has been life changing using the bidet feature. 

Stays clean, saves water, great bidet. Running well after a year. 

Had a small problem and Ella from VOVO provided the best customer experience I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to use all the great features on this toilet!
