Vovo Toilets TCB-8100 Owners Reviews

Found the VOVO toilet during my trip in Korea and our whole family was determined to get on for our new house. It flushes itself and looks very sleek! Also, this unit apparently sterilizes itself with the light. Not sure how it works but it's a nice function to have. It's summer now so we turned the heated seat function off but I'm sure we will enjoy the warm seat when the time comes! 

This is my second Vovo bidet. After I moved into a new home, I bought another to upgrade the new space. It just looks cool! I’ve not had any problems with it so far (and never had problems with my first one). The heated seat is awesome, and the light is a plus at night- just bright enough but not too bright. The multiple functions work well, although I wish the drying function had a little more power to it. After the contractor installed it, he decided he needed one too! 

My husband is a handy man so he installed this toilet without any difficulties at all. I really like the LED light and the heated seat is excellent. I encourage my kids to use this and they're getting used to it real quick! 

Great features with nice design. They have installation kit provided with wax ring. Having warm seat, auto flushing and uv led is niced. Recommending this! 

We just installed it a week ago and its been great. I don't have to wait for the tank to fill up to flush like before. Didn't even knew that was a hassle but now it is. Great flush and warm seat is a plus! 

We purchased this smart toilet about 3 months ago and we are super satisfied . We decided to upgrade our daughter’s small bathroom and wanted to add a bidet but there was not enough room so combining the wc and the bidet is the best solution.It has several functions that I love: heated seat, self cleaning, you can select the water pressure and direction.Of course I use my daughter’s bathroom until we will buy a smart toilet for our bathroom. We are very happy with this purchase. 

Please do not buy and make the same mistake as I did on this VOVO bidet toilet. Paid $350 for installation, none of the basic features function (no water + seat heated, dryer, leakage..etc..), and now have to pay another $250 for uninstall for returning. Very poor customer service (never return call).
