The design is very clean and modern, It goes perfect with my newly remodeled bathroom. Asides from the aesthetic, the functionality of this toilet is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced! The UV Sterilizer is such a game changer. I’m getting a ton of complaints from all the guests that uses the bidet. Highly recommend! This might as well be one of the best investment you could make! 

Found the VOVO toilet during my trip in Korea and our whole family was determined to get on for our new house. It flushes itself and looks very sleek! Also, this unit apparently sterilizes itself with the light. Not sure how it works but it's a nice function to have. It's summer now so we turned the heated seat function off but I'm sure we will enjoy the warm seat when the time comes! 

Installed two months ago. Plumber had no issues. However, bidet function not working, contacted customer service, they replied immediately. Needed to do a hard reset they sent instructions, since working great. Very comfortable, washes very well, controls straightforward. High quality product, great value. 

This is my second Vovo bidet. After I moved into a new home, I bought another to upgrade the new space. It just looks cool! I’ve not had any problems with it so far (and never had problems with my first one). The heated seat is awesome, and the light is a plus at night- just bright enough but not too bright. The multiple functions work well, although I wish the drying function had a little more power to it. After the contractor installed it, he decided he needed one too! 

We love this Vovo Toilet and wish we would have purchased it long ago. This toilet's form and functionality have not only met but exceeded our expectations. While we did not consider a toilet an essential appliance in our house, the truth is that this product is indispensable and certainly something we cannot live without. If you are thinking about buying this product, you absolutely should. One final important note. Vovo customer service is incredible. They answer their phone immediately and have been delighted to answer our questions and address any concerns that we may have. 

I highly recommend this bidet toilet. It’s worth every penny and works great! 

We purchased this a few weeks ago and it is amazing! Was easy to install and use. We are very satisfied with the product and highly recommend. 

We have had this bidet toilet for almost a year. We love it and will never go back to a regular toilet. We had some issues and contacted VOVO customer service and spoke to Kevin. He diagnosed the problem and sent us out the parts we needed the same day. I would highly recommend this bidet. 

The bidet works great. Love the way the toilet looks as well. Haven't had any issues with the flush or anything else. My only suggestion would be to add automatic opening of the lid, but it's otherwise perfect. 

I initially had an issue with the Bidet functions not working properly, But Spoke to KEVIN in customer service/tech-support,. He was excellent!!, ! He talked me right through the steps to get the bidet functions working properly. Extremely satisfied with his great customer service! Would highly recommend! I made 1 phone call and they called me back same day and got the issue resolved. . THANK YOU KEVIN AT VOVO !!!
