Excellent quality, works just fine
The installation instructions are not the best, and I recommend making a template out of cardboard to get the mounting holes in the right place. Simply flip the toilet over and attach the mounting hardware and flange adapter. Transfer where the holes go and put the template on the floor. There are four holes that need to be drilled to mount this toilet. Get tile drill bits for the two sizes.
