So far my experience with the Separett Villa 9215 AC/DC Urine-Diverting Toilet has been excellent. While it has proven to be odorless and mostly easy to clean, I do feel that the opening for solid waste could be slightly larger in circumference. However, one minor drawback is that the plastic interface tends to accumulate dust and small debris easily. Nonetheless, the satisfaction of having a waterless toilet outweighs these minor issues.

I recently ordered the Separett Villa 9210 AC/DC unit. It came promptly and in good condition, well packed. Once I opened it, I realized I was actually sent the D/C unit. I contacted ShopTiny Houses and explained the situation, they were super, got right on the horn to Separett and in a short time sent me the part I was missing. Great customer service and I would definitely purchase other times from them as well. 

We upgraded from our "lovable loo" style toilet to this unit and so far we are very happy with it.

Exactly what I need for frigid Michigan upper peninsula deer camp. Well made and sturdy. 

Light weight, easy to install and NO ODOR! It takes a little getting used to but you adapt quickly. If needed it could be moved. 

Toilet arrived quickly and was super easy to install. It's a bit larger than I was expecting but still fits nicely in our tiny home. Two thumbs up! 

We live in rural Alaska and Shop Tiny Houses gave us excellent service. Even during COVID with mail service slowed down, we received our Separett Villa in two weeks. They had excellent communication with us, as well.
