Works great. And there is a 3 year warranty on this. All other Thetford porta Pottis have only a 1 year warranty. So dont let the reviews of pump problems scare you off. When not in use: clean and remove batteries. Mine gets winterized since it sits in garage over winter until camping starts up again.

I bought this to replace my RV black water system and Im very happy with it. No longer do I have to find a dump station, pay the fee, attach a hose and clean out the tank. I no longer have to deal with the odor inside the RV, especially on hot weather road trips. I empty this into State park pit toilets, outdoor portable toilets, or my sewer clean out at home. A regular toilet works too, but that is not as easy or pleasant as the others! 

We've had this for 3 months now as it's been a perfect buy. Used for living quarters with no sewage options. It's every bit as good as a standard toilet. It's very sturdy, a good height so comfortable to use. Love the electric flush (run by batteries) Most importantly it never smells, and we have it emptied every two weeks. Worth every penny. 

I like the style and appears to be a quality product.
