Great product
This item works great. I installed it in about 20 min or so with minimal tools. There is a fit guide online, and I would recommend looking at that and measuring your toilet before ordering. I installed it for my mother and she loves it. Says its better than a shower. The only negative thing that I have heard is that the seat is too warm when heating.

Awesome luxurious toilet
Just had our bathroom renovated and wanted to get a luxurious toilet. This toilet did not disappoint. I love the look on this toilet. I’m 5’9” and this toilet is comfortable to sit on. My wife loves the seat warmer on this and how it’s always warm and ready.

That was a Monday, and by Thursday, I had received the new seat (it could have even arrived on Wednesday if it weren't for the weather). Absolutely outstanding customer service! Another aspect I appreciate is that the Vovo is manufactured in South Korea. Now, let's talk about performance. My previous experience with bidets was mostly in Europe, predominantly with cold water. However, following a pelvic reconstruction, I felt that I deserved the warmth and additional conveniences of a superior bidet. This product is effortless to use, and installation was straightforward. Although the cord is somewhat short, it wasn't an issue as our guest bedroom bathroom has an outlet just on the other side of the toilet. A small one-inch hole solved the problem. Two months down the line, and it continues to perform flawlessly. There's something quite luxurious about a heated seat in the middle of the night - it's an absolute treat to return to bed feeling so refreshed and clean. It's truly invaluable! My daughters, who are currently in the process of remodeling, have also decided they want to install these bidets.

Operation using Automatic lid opening is intermittent on opening and closing of toilet lid and seat. Does a good job on cleaning and heated water and seat works great. Occasional blinking power light results in reset of system. Customer Support contributes this to internal tank not filling fast enough after use and water valve should be opened up more, not sure yhis really resolves the issue.
