Rumson Two-Piece Chair Height Elongated Toilet with Seat Owners Reviews

We needed to install a different toilet in our main bathroom, we needed a taller one, we naturally went with an American Standard brand. They have been around for years and we have always chosen them. The install was straightforward and did come with everything needed to properly install a toilet. Installing a toilet is very simple anyone can do it. Just remember to not over tighten the bolts, because the porcelain will crack.

After spending way too much time researching different toilet brands and reading countless reviews, I purchased this toilet and I’m very happy with it. Installation was quite easy if you have decent diy skills, the toilet looks nice and flushes great. Considered just replacing the internal parts of the 14 year old Mansfield toilet to get it to work better, but after reading some plumbing forums it seemed best to get a new toilet. 

We selected American Standard because of the long track record they have and my plumber recommended them. We also loved the appearance of this toilet. We can’t believe how much solid waste it can handle with so little water. Any of our older toilets would have needed a plunger but not this new model. And it’s quiet too. 

I purchased the American Standard for our Fire Department Headquarters. When we opened the box to unpack it, we discovered the top of the toilet rim was broken. I took it back to Home Depot and they exchanged it with no questioned asked. The new toilet has been installed and is working great. It gets a lot of use with four shifts of ten firefighters, working 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Thank you. 

Nice toilet. Soft close is a nice feature with a strong flush. 

Purchased this toilet for my condo since it's water-sense certified and stylish. I did my research and found American Standard toilets were less clogging than other brands so I'm thrilled to have Purchased this one. It wasn't hard to install and I love the elongated seat. The toilet isn't huge but gives enough space for a small bathroom. But my favorite thing is the height. It's a taller toilet and makes sitting and standing much easier. 

It works well with a strong flush. It has a smooth, finish with a slender body.
