Verdict
The Comfort NA incineration toilet stands out as a highly efficient and environmentally friendly solution, crafted with quality materials and backed by certifications and a solid warranty. Its design is visually appealing and durable, although it lacks many modern features like a bidet, heated seat, or automatic flush. As a waterless, high-efficiency toilet, it offers a sustainable alternative for specific needs. However, users seeking advanced functionality or conventional flushing performance may find it limited. Overall, it is a reliable, eco-conscious option best suited for those prioritizing sustainability over traditional amenities.

Over a month to fulfill receive my order
I am unable to tell you how I feel about the toilet because it took over a month to receive it. I ordered the $6,000 Cinderella toilet on October 28th and received it on December 2nd. I am unable to tell you how I feel about the toilet because it took over a month to receive it. I ordered the $6,000 Cinderella toilet on October 28th and received it on December 2nd. Initially I was told it was in stock and there’d be no problems getting it sooner than later. There was no communication from the shipping department. I had to call four times and email twice to finally find out it wasn’t in stock. Then approximately two weeks later it was finally available to be shipped. Then I was told the truck was too full so they delayed it another day again. They ground shipped it. Delayed in Calgary due to weather. No one’s fault there. Then when it finally did arrive on the island it sat in a warehouse for days. I had to phone the shipping company and again they told me that their truck was too full to bring it the toilet to me. 35 days it took to reach us. I’ve been looking at tankless hot water systems for off the grid and Cabin depot has some that I’m interested in but now I’m just too gun shy to buy from this company again. They’ve made no effort to see if I’m happy outside of this review and honestly I wish they’d do something to make up for this let down. Even a phone call to say sorry. I am sure hoping this toilet works and is as awesome as it sounds it is. But paying $6k for it and getting really no customer service or support doesn’t want to make me a repeat customer. But again I don’t know if the toilet is any good because it should have been installed by now!
We have been very happy with the Cinderella incinerating toilet we have it in our tiny house Airbnb rental.. Was easy to install was missing a gear clap but we got one from town. Only thing we were disappointed in and the is why it was only 4/5 was the shipping costs just under $600 to ship to British Columbia and that they held back the order for over two weeks without notifying us . So very happy with the product but not super happy with the customer service . Sheryl McLellan
Cinderella liner holder
Haven't had a chance to try this out but it looks like a really good option, I went with this style because it stores the liners already folded, which should make it easier to place the liner in the toilet.
Good Foot rest
Does what it is designed to do and meets up with the toilet as expected but at $80 it is a bit expensive considering it's size and makeup.
