Gerber-us Toilets
Gerber is an American plumbing-fixtures brand founded in 1932 by Max Gerber in Chicago, known especially for toilets. Over the decades it broadened from core vitreous-china toilets and bathroom fixtures to a fuller residential and commercial offering. In 2003, Gerber was acquired by Globe Union Industrial Corp., a Taiwan-based plumbing manufacturer, joining a portfolio that later aligned the Danze faucet line with Gerber-branded products. The company has long operated from the Chicago area and is headquartered in Woodridge, Illinois. Product development has emphasized reliability and water efficiency, including WaterSense-rated high-efficiency toilets and complementary components for trade and builder channels. Today, Gerber focuses on plumbing fixtures for North American residential and light-commercial applications, with an emphasis on coordinated collections and performance-tested toilets.
