Flush Handle
I purchased two of these toilets in 2019. The one that I purchased in October 2019 does not flush properly as the flush handle will not stay seated in the handle slot. I am really disappointed with this one. The first one is not too bad but it too is flimsy! I realize that this handle is specific to the mechanism that tells the toilet to flush. Good quality
This is the ultimate thrown. It is taller than any other toilet out there. Dual flush and water saver but still performs well. I've punished this thing and it works well. The odd time I've plugged it, it clears very easily compared to other toilets. Easy to assemble, tank doesn't sweat and seat pulls right off to make cleaning a breeze. It's made way better than other brands. You won't regret it. My entire bathroom fixtures and bars came from amazon.

Comfortable and well-designed, though the plumber who did the installation said the flush mechanism was "unique" and might be difficult to replace. This is our second Convenient Height 20" toilet, the other one having been installed in 2019 and has been operating flawlessly. Its greatest selling point is the height of the seat which facilitates usage by older people, and much more secure than merely adding a "booster seat" to the top of an existing toilet. These Convenient Height toilets have a slim, modern profile and fit easily into the space provided. And its dual flush system, with a "light" flush of only 0.9 gals and a "regular" of 1.28 gals, is a terrific water saver. (And here in NYC, where the sewer tax is set at 159% of the water usage charge, that means CONSIDERABLE savings!) Best home improvement we've ever made!
Taller than a chair height toilet
This commode is well designed. THE HEIGHT IS A HUGE PLUS. We are tall people and seniors. It is a relief to not struggle to sit on and get off this commode. It is deep and especially suitable for men who has problems with their private parts not touching the commode and the water in it (this is the largest distance we found for my husband for water surface to top of the seat). We don't need bars to hold on to. It is such a BIG change from the lower made commodes. I am so glad we purchased this particular one. The cost is well worth it. The assembly required but was straight forward to my plumber. The height is the tallest possible out there and taller than a chair height toilet.
